Villa Hedone Rakalj is situated in a small village Rakalj on the east coast of Istria. Villa can comfortably accommodate 6 guests (+max 2 child on extra beds) in 3 bedrooms. All rooms are fully furnished and equipped with SAT TV, air conditioning and with private bathroom. The living room and dining room are fully equipped. As a part of the house there is welness area with Finnish sauna with jacuzzi and fitness. The villa is situated on a large property of 3500 m2 and in front of the villa is 40 m2 large heated swimming pool with automatic regulation of electrolysis and soliner. The price for heating the pool is 200 Eur/week payable on site. There is also an outdoor dining area with barbecue and an additional bathroom with shower. The Villa offers rich additional equipment: multifunctional court for football, basketball, volleyball and badminton, table tennis and darts. Private parking for 2 vechiles. Iron and iron bord, loundry washer provided. Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided and changed once a week. Baby cot and baby chair are available upon request.
